• All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund, exchange, or credit.

• Exceptions to the Policy: We will accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Item Received is Different from the Images or Description: If the product you receive significantly differs from what was shown in the listing.

2. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with defects not described in the listing, please reach out to us.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

2. Provide your order number and detailed photos showing the discrepancy or damage.

3. Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Important Notes:

• Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

• We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not previously reported.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
